I got caught switchings tags of a shirt that was 39 and I paid 25 for it.they caught me and brought me to a room I gave them all my info losence name address hight weight and ssn. I signed to papers they said I would get a civil demands letter in the mail and its for me to pay. And they told
Me not to return to any sears for a year. Im so frighten what will happened next. I don't want to get procescuted or go to jail. My records are clean and this was my first time switching tags. Will I go to court? Will this be on my background/ criminal records? Im willing to pay the civil demand |
