    Let me see

    1. what country, US, Canada, Iran ?

    2. what type of expungment, pre trial, or done after a number of years after conviction

    3. So up to who, what the police or government agency can see is not the same as what Walmart can see.

4.Also a note, a fingerprint check just shows ID, it checks prints against any fingerprints on file to see if you ever used any other name or ID.

Then, they take those names and info from a finger print check, against the criminal data base.

They can check your criminal history without fingerprints, the fingerprints merely put you on file and check to see if you are lying about your ID
