What do I need to do internet TV?
I'm on Social Security, cannot afford high speed internet AND cable/satellite TV.
I want to switch to high speed internet and get my TV programs from Hulu or Netflix.
I know I need a Roku or Apple TV. And I have to subscibe to Netflix or Hulu.
    Right??
Is there a way to replace the DVR function and "record" shows?

Is this the way to go - forget cable/dish and go to the web?

    FYI: I have a Mac Quicksliver G4 and a Powerbook G4
I have DirecTV and Netzero dialup.

As a MINIMUM you require a broadband connection AND a subscription to one of these services.
