    Sheriff serving eviction
    What will I do if the police sheriff was not able to give the court order/ eviction notice to the tenant? I showed up to the court date the judge re-issued the court date. What will I do if the sheriff will not serve/give the court order to the tenants?

    The Sheriff will keep trying. I have no idea what State you are in but many States allow "nail and mail" under special circumstances.
