    Nopalea and kidney disease
I have been using nopalea for several months. (I have no prior medical problems)
Labs results documented an elevation in creatinine to 1.6 suddenly this month on routine blood screening (at dialysis center)
May herbal medications have been associated with interstitial nephritis.
( I am a nephrologist attending at center)

Are you aware of such untoward effects and reports for nopalea?

I am not surprised when nopalea claims to control diabetes; so it follows that many people would try to use this, go off meds, and wind up with kidney disease.
