    Ended by text
Hi Ive been seeing this girl for 3 months, and we've had a marvellous time... we really get on and we both laugh from our core when we are together.

However, recently she has been playing more and more games... shes 21 - I'm 30 (I know - foolish!). A week last Sunday ago, she made me pretty much open all of my feelings out for her, whilst swinging the axe above my head. Essentially she made me tell her how much I loved her and I knew it was a bad idea. I did it and we were fine... wednesday, Thursday, Friday last week we saw one another and it was amazing, then we went on a trip with her sister and boyfriend on Saturday (whos actually one of my close friends) and there was some strange tension. Which bascically ended in a convuluted text message back and forth (Kept it somewhat short) with her ending it - stating we'd moved 'too fast' and that it was a lot of effort, we are too alike and that we were potentially burning out. I responded 4 hours later saying, I agree with her, Im going to take some time to think and ill call her during the week. To which I received a barrage of texts effectively ending it - to this I haven't responded.

Sidenote: She got out of a relationship right before this one (I know red flag again) and although she says she's over it, just lately, she's been a bit withdrawn. Im not jealous - but she does take her phone everywhere with her and tells me that her ex texts her and she gets texts when we are in bed together etc.

Id also point out that she had an anniversary of a close relatives death this week and I couldn't be there to support her through it, as of Sunday I went pretty much No Contact.

I spoke to my friend today and he said I should really give her a call and her sister has urged me to sort it out with her as well.

I am thinking about calling her later to see where it really lies, as she has tradiotionally ended it by text without thinking.

Any advice on what I should say or should I stick to NC and what I feel is tortuing me at the moment as I am in limbo with this.

I seem to pick some real game playing girls!

Ive gone into NC... but I know she is not coming back - I'm really upset... I blocked her on the various social networking sites and I think this upset her.

I also had a lot of pictures taking of me and other girls when I was drunk at the weekend, and my friends posted them so she will have seen those and I know that has completely burned it now.

Im highly confident her feelings for me weren't true... and that's what hurts when someone puts so much into your head only to turn the cold tap off the next day...

I met her last Wednesday and we said 'goodbye' and I told her I wouldn't be in touch, she seemed disbelieving about this. I know she won't come back. I was essentially a rebound, I spent so much time and money on this girl and I think she was still seeign at least two of her exes.

Best solution is that it ended. You need to remember how immature some 21 year olds are. Maybe 25 and up would suit you better. My daughter is 22 and a 32 year old wanted to date her I advised her to find someone in her age range, She did he is 25 and she is happy.

I know - I just hate the fact I got taken for a ride. I do want her back as well - but she has major intimacy, commitment and abandonment issues as she has essentially lived on her own since 14. I think there has been plenty of boyfriends and I know I'm a class above but it was a whirlwind romance
