    Glomerunephritis diet meals
Any ideas for meals for someone with glomerunephritis? No potassium and no or low sodium. My dad has end stage kidney failure and his diet therapy restricts potassium, sodium and since he is diabetic I use truvia and stevia.

I am going to try making bread pudding with butter, white bread, cinnamon, eggs, Truvia and vanilla. Have to make with no milk so will see if this works.

Any one have suggestions for meals?
