Help me.. is viral fever affected my feritility..

I am 25 years old male. I got affected by a viral fever & urinary infection this year.as I am going to get married soon,I am worrying is there a chance, my fertility is affected because of that? Should I do a semen test? Please guide me..
My habits & medical history:

Food type -- non-vegetarian
Health -- normal
Smoking -- no
Alcohol -- no
Medication -- nothing
