    How much jail time do you get for committing fraud?
    My friend used someone's credit card a and spent 1000 dollars. How much jail time is she facing?

    Depends on where this is, Also have they already repaid this person for all costs, including any interest on card for these charges.

    Most likely probation, but depending on area, they can get 1 to 3 years in jail ( prison) for this, if the judge gave them max
