    Could I be pregnant?
Well well, here`s the deal... Me and my boyfriend are using the pull-out-method about 4 months. The last time we had sex (2 weeks ago) before he went away to work, he ejaculated outside my vagina but touched with his finger dirty from the ejaculation. Can I still get pregnant even by touching it? Does the sperm die constantly with the air contact? Thanks...

The pull out method is not 100% effective, if you weren't using any contraceptive devices, and even if you were, you could always possibly be pregnant. Take a pregnancy test or go to the doctors to get one done.

Sperm does not die with air contact, in fact it will live in any moist environment for a number of days. It will only die when it drys up.

If your boyfriend had sperm on his finger and inserted it into your vagina, then yes you could get pregnant.

The withdrawer method when having intercourse is a very risky thing to do,it is known that the man often leaks sperm before total ejaculation (climax),then of course there is the risk of touching with live sperm still on the fingers.

Maybe it's time to look at a safer method of contraception... it's only sheer luck I think that you haven't fell pregnant, eventually your luck may run out.

Not sure if that's good or bad for you both... perhaps a good time too think about consequences... just in case.

Yes, there are not definitive signs of pregnancy that everyone experiences. You should take a pregnancy test, and that will you give you some guidance.

First, there's plenty of sperm in pre-ejaculate to get you pregnant, so, if you're using the pull out method you're actually having unprotected sex. People that use the pull out method are really trying to conceive, and it will happen sooner or later.

Pregnancy symptoms are different for everyone. I didn't have nausea until my second month of pregnancy for all three of my pregnancies.

If you've missed your period than try a pregnancy test using first morning urine. The only way to diagnose pregnancy is with a test. Symptoms won't enable us to give you an answer.

    Good luck.
