    How much jail time will he get?
    He's 17 and was put on probation. He got caught selling weed he had to do 6 months with the ankle braclet took it off spent a week in juvi and got put on standard probation for a year he violated a couple times by leaving the house and he didn't pass drug testing he's been locked up for about 2 weeks from what I know from his brother he has court in a month I'm worried and want to know how much time he will get in jail or juvi since he turns 18 in late feb. Please help

    If he is in Juv court, he will most likely be in Juv till he turns 18, After that it depends on your system. I would say he gets the full year in jail ( his probation term) since he has had many chances and refused to correct. In some states he will do all Juv, others at 17 he will go straight to jail.
