Wet under my lounge floorboards
My lounge floor is wet under the floorboards especially in the corners, several of the joists have rotted but appear dry.Some of the floorboards are wet (as in dripping wet) on the underside. The airbricks are not blocked and there are no pipes leaking.The house was built in 1933 is this normal or do I have a big problem?
