    If 1 touches a dry part pant & below its wet with percum and washes hand and then touches inside vagina then ll she become pregnant?

    Age 20.
    She touched my pant on dry part of it but just side of pant it was little wet with percum.then she wased her hands with hand wash and while peeing she put in her vagina a little that's it.

    If she washed her hands, then no. Washing hands means you rubbed them together under water and used soap, then rinsed them off. Drying has no effect on whether the hands are washed.
