    Anyone help. Please figure this out.
    Trying to help someone find a movie. There is a scene where a kid is placed in something like a like a dungeon jail. The kid is only supposed to be allowed bread an water. However the bread is broken open by him to reveal a candy bar inside.
    We believe that there is a witch or evil queen behind everything, she is trying to get the kid to do something. I am not sure exactly what it was but it was bad. Also not sure if it was a young boy or girl. There is a part where the main character goes to sleep in the leaves outside. After waking up she/he is someplace else. I remember little puppet underlings running around. This was all live action, well I remember it being live action anyway. It's possible we have two movies mixed into one here. This movie has to be pre 1995. This has been driving us crazy forever, so any help would be appreciated.

    Maybe Jacob Two-Two Meets the Hooded Fang (1978)? It was remade in 1999.
