M 4 week pregnant, took gynaecosid, no results please help

Hi! I got pregnant and realised it by missing my 1st periods. I did strip test thrice and it was positive every time. I took gynaecosid on two consecutive days followed by 2 tabs on 4th day but still no bleeding... what should I do?
