My wife just came off the pill last month. She is now three days late and we have done 3 pregnancy tests all positive. But apart for some period pain like cramping she has no symptoms (that she can be sure about) whatsoever.
Is it possible that we managed so quickly? Should we be worried?

A false positive is almost never, so yes she is pregnant.
Even on the pill 1000's of women a year get pregnant.

But no there are no other signs yet, I will assume she has just missed her first period. All of the signs start happening ( if they do) in about one more month.

Time to go to the doctor and confirm, but three positives, yes she is
