Bleached blonde hair that was looking straw
I had bleached blonde hair that was looking straw like and dull, my friend who is a home hairdresser applied wella golden blonde, however this was applied without a base. I now have ginger roots and orange (trumpet coloured) hair.
What can I do to resolve this - I would like to be a soft gold blonde or return to blonde! |
