the dreaded EtG test
I have been in an outpatient program for 5 months and have been randomly tested for alcohol using the EtG test. I have stayed clean but this past Friday I went out for an occasion with friends and drank about 10 beers over the course of 6 hours. I had to take an EtG on Tuesday at 8pm. I am a female 120lbs. I have had about 4 days of no drinking and I consumed a lot of water. I have heard that the "5 day detection" is nonsense and that unless you drank heavily for days at a time you should be good in 3 days. Is this true? Will I pass?

They are not dreaded if you follow the rules. My bigger fear would be someone calling and telling them you were out drinking.
It is borderline and it is hard to tell. You will just have to hope for he best.

Nobody is going to call. I know it is borderline I made a terrible mistake it is just dreaded because I'm not a heavy drinker I shouldn't have stated it that way. Have you had anybody else in the same position as mine and if so could you share their story?

The dreaded ''S'' trap
[ 1 Answers ]
I didn't realize how little I knew about pluming until I started reading Tom's answers here. An ''s'' trap is where it turns and goes back down again without a vent, just as sinks all did a long time ago? A few years ago, I traced a foul odor in the kitchen of my church to a drain without a trap....
