    Could I be pregnant
I had sex before I can see any blood but I can smell it. About 2 or 3 days later I see blood. A month later my period came normally but now I'm 14 days late. Do u think I might be pregnant?

Try taking a pregnancy test using first morning urine.

I was planning on doing that. But what would be your expert thought on this?

I already told you. My expert thought is that you need to take a pregnancy test.

Could you be pregnant? Sure. Are you ? Don't know, and no expert can tell you if you are or aren't. So take a pregnancy test, that's the only way to diagnose pregnancy.

My expert thought, as a registered nurse, would be to take a pregnancy test using first morning urine.

If you had sex, you could be pregnant.

Unless we find out, in the future, how to submit blood or urine via the keyboard/internet, there is little else you can do at this point.

I just don't understand how you can smell blood 2 or 3 days before seeing it.

They weren't smart remarks. You must be terribly stressed.

I also know what blood smells like as I am a nurse. I know that when a patient is bleeding internally I can't smell the blood.

I was just curious. No need to be snarky.

Yes, the issue here is, no one here knows anything more than you, could you be pregnant, of course you could be, you could have an infection, you could just be late, or even miss a period this month, it happens at times.

Without a test, no one knows

Let us know how it turns out. I know your frustration, and I understand, sadly that's the way it works. There's no test that you can take that instantly tells you if you're pregnant. Some women don't get a positive test until their well into their second trimester. Others test 3 days after a missed period and get an accurate test.

That's just the way it is, and science hasn't found a better way, not yet anyway.

    Good luck. :)
