    What are my rights against cps
    CPs can they return you.who.can.and cannot babysit for you. If I was not found negligent or abusive why do I have to go to their classes because my husband who no longer lives with is has a previous domestic violence charge they can tel me her can't visit his own kids really I asked the cps worker not to go to my kids school and my kids have.told cps they want their mom their because they don't talk to strangers can they continue to caress my kids at school what are my rights?

    As long as you put up a fight... they can and will continue to do this because it gives them just cause... and well, they DO have the authority.

    Do exactly as they tell you and it will end quicker...

    Yes, so your kids talk to them ? So you take a class ? You can not fight them without an attorney, so get one and fight or just do what they say and it ends soon

    Yes, if you have a history of bad choice.

    Probably because you still are fighting with them.

    Of course they can. Who called the cops on him?

    Caress means stroke softly. Do you mean harass? Going to their school isn't harassment and it's legal. They are going to go as long as you fight with them.

    Your rights don't take precedence over the rights of children to not be abused.
    Too many mothers call the cops and get ROs against the fathers of their children and then forget and want to sneak them back in. I trust that isn't you.
