    Panic attacks?
    Hi All

I'm after some of advice if possible?

Basically I'm a 27 year old male, I've always been abit of a nervous / anxious person but over the last few months its gone to whole new levels.

I seem to have developed a phobia of being in places like supermarkets, shops basically busy places and meeting people I don't know. I have some sort of panic attacks sweating, feeling faint, basically I need to get out of the situation then I feel fine!

Its horrible and now its playing on my mind all the time and I'm avoiding these situations which is very difficult as my job involves being around people and talking out load in groups of people which I just can't do at the minute, even though I know these people I just panic?!

What is wrong with me and what I'm I going to do?

    Thanks
