    My dog threw up a worm an now won't eat or drink water
    My puppy threw up a white worm about 2'inches long yesterday an now today she won't eat or drink water

    Pets with parasite infestations need to see a vet for proper medications.

    Was it sort of flat? Could have been just one piece of a tapeworm, which can grow to many feet in length. Yep, you need a vet.
