    Electric Field of a Ring and Simple Harmonic Motion
    1- Why does a positive charge act as if in Simple Harmonic Motion, when it is really close to the center of a Ring (negatively charged)
    2- Would it not do the same if it wasn't really close to the center? Why/Why not?
