Dear OB GYN

I am so distraught. I have been preparing for a normal vaginal birth since day one. I am 40 weeks today, and visited the doctor. He sent me for an CT-pelvimetry, and the values are:
Pelvic Inlet: AP inlet = 130mm, Largest width = 128mm. MID pelvis: AP mid pelvis = 128mm, Inter spinous = 114 mm. Pelvic Outlet: AP outlet = 120mm, supra pubic angle = 77 degrees.

Baby is 4kg, and in a vertex stand. According to sonar: BPD = 96.2mm, AC= 383.9, FL = 77.4.
I want to know why my doctor now wants me to have a ceaseraean? He recommended it because of the Pelvic outlet values. I really do not want a ceaseraean. Is it really necessary to have one?
