Menopause Health
Is it sensible to take those vitamins they sell especially for the Menopause. Menopace etc?? Im not talking about plant or flower things like black coshosh as I know they can be quite potent. I just wanted to know whether ordinary vitamins can make you feel a lot better and actually ease symptoms especially Migraines? Any women had any experience of this helping or any other things that can help. Im at my wits end and have been feeling terrible sometimes and cannot take HRT. Thank you.
