I have a two year old and one year old.An in June I had to give up my home that I was renting and move out because I was not able to pay the bill's anymore and I had an ex that was harraseing me and I had to get a restraining order.An I feared for mine and my kid's safety staying living in my home.So I went to stay with his father and step mother.Well while staying there my dad was placed in the hospital which with in two week's pasted away.My father was harassed by my ex while on his death bed I was harassed and followed by my ex.An with living with his father he felt like he could come there anytime he wanted and it was consist problem's.So I went to stay in a motel.An me nor my kid's grandparent's felt like it was a good environment for my kid's to be.An he threatned to call dss on me if he found out that they were there with me.So the grandparent's told me that they would keep them for me until I was able to get on my feet.Well about two are three week's later I purchased land and a mobile home.To be able to move and get my babies back.An the day that I was suppose to move in we had it tested and found that it was full of mold and was advised that me nor my are anyone else was to move in are live in the home.So I had no where to go stay but with my boyfriend which has a 3 bedroom apartment but also has 3 other men living in it.Me my boyfriend and oldest daughter share a room but my daughter has her own bed.I wanted to get my kid's to move in with me but the grandparents want let me get them.An since I mentioned about getting them.They want answer my call's most days and their starting to act real suspicious.An day's that I call to speak to my kid's are want to come see them they want answer the phone are they claim that they wasn't home.An I've heard rumor's that they have got'n them a lawyer to take them from me.Sorry this is so long but I wanted someone to be able to kind of understand where my question is comeing from.If they take me to court and try to take my babies from me will they succeed?Are what can I do to get them back?

Its hard to tell. It certainly is possible that your children will be taken on a temporary basis, until you get things together.

It's now safe with this man, who you had a restraining order against, who you feared, who harassed you and your dying dad and his own parents, not to mention who is living with 3 other men of unknown character?

This story makes no sense. When you were living with your bf's parents, you didn't like that he came in any time he wanted. Now you are living with him 'because you have no place to go?' You can't go back to his parents, where your youngest are?
