    Menstrual irregularities
OK, I'm 19 years old, a virgin, and am 195lbs about 60 pounds over the ideal weight for my height. Well, I have never really been regular with my period, maybe every 3 to 9 months. What can I do to become more regular, Can I still get pregnant? I know I should go to an OBGYN, but can't afford it and it's pretty embarrassing. Can you help?
    Thank you

Yes,it's very possible for you to get pregnant, because you will still ovulate.
As for being irregular, some girls don't regularly have their peiriods until they have a child.

Don't ever be embarrassed when going to your doctor. I know that you really can't help it but they are the only ones who are really able to help.

First of all let me just tell you how great it is that you are still a virgin. It takes a lot now a days to get past the pressure of your peers. Second, I was never regular, and I have three children and then had my tubes tied and even then I am still not regular. Sometimes it is just what we go through. I wouldn't worry too much about it, it would be different if you were regular for years and then it changed but sense that is not the case, I wouldn't worry. Unless it really bothers you. There is also a thing for young weman like yourself it is call WIC-Weman, Infant and Children, they can give you your pap for free and even put you on birth control, for free, that just might help make you regular also. Try that and see if it helps.
