I'm looking for a specific movie from the 80's or 90's?
I've been searching for this movie but I can't seem to find luck. It's about a princess and she had a friend who's a commoner more like a servant boy and his name is James (if I remembered it correctly). And there's flying ships in it (the ships looked like pirate ships). And when the princess's father died he give a ring to her which she later gave to James. And James had to go somewhere to stop some sort of villain and there's a clock (a big one) which controls time. And there about to be defeated when James accidentally drop the ring... and destroys the clock.
