    I have opening balance of sundry debtor which is actually not receivable
    I have sundry debtors having opening balances for current f.y. but they are actually not receivables. How should I closed said account?

    Simply by carrying forwarding the balnce to the next f.y...

    If they are not receivables then they are uncollectables, bad debts and should be written off
