    1991 honda accord won't turn over
    I tried to start car but it won't turn over. I tried to jump it since I thought it was battery but still nothing. The car had been dragging when tried to start for the past 2 days but today nothing. What should I do?

Tried to start with lights on an it does not pull down lights, tried to start in all gears and banging the starter and get nothing. My 1991 Honda Accord EXR seems to have a problem with the torque converter not locking up. You can tell because at 100k the RPM is at about 3000rpm and once the car gets warmed up (about 1/2 hour of driving) the RPM drops to about 2600rpm and you can tell the converter is locked in.
