    What country is this, if the US, what state.

    I know in GA, you will need to have a bond that the state require to get a security company licnese. The state will give you specific instructions for the kind and type.

    Then of course the company will need liability insurance and also need to have workers bonded according to the requirement of the companies you contract with. A bank may have higher requirements than a construction site may.

    Most states the owner of the company has to test, have approved trainers on staff, and the owner would have many years experience in other companies before being allowed to get a license for their own company
