    Water leaking from an air duct run above the furnace?
    I have something leaking from an air duct run connected to the top front right side of the funace, that is calcifying and running down the front of the furnace. What could this be? It is starting to rust where that air duct connects to the furnace!

    If you have a humidifier on the system, that is likely the source of the trouble.
