    Extend a 220v line off a 220v outlet
I have a dryer 220v outlet and want to extend off that outlet to another 220v outlet for another dryer. These dryers will never be used at the same time.

That should be easy to do, but it's done best with a junction box with a breaker for each outlet. Trying to tie wires together any other way is inviting problems and a fire hazard.
