    Severe gas
    I'm 46 male I have gas all the time it smells offensive beyond offensive. Tried gas pills baking soda

    What is your diet like? Because certain foods can cause gas, like an excess of bread, or soda. Have you seen your doctor? Your local pharmacy should have some tablets or medicine you can take for it. Or it could possibly be some sort of blockage, in which you would have to take a laxative.

    Also some of the Brassica family can give your horrendous gas. Broccoli, one of my favourite veggies, can be especially bad. I made a girl cry at one point with a Broccoli fart.

    Might also be a fiber issue, are you getting enough? Talk to your doctor about this. Trust me he has probably heard a lot worse and this isn't bad by any stretch.
