Man solves crime thriller by watching videos with eyes closed and device on head?
Think it was in 1990s, a man has a video device he can watch home movies with his eyes closed while wearing a cage-like contraption on his head. A killer sends him videos of women being killed while wearing the video device blindfolded such that they can see themselves being killed, and the man solves the crime by discovering that a cop was behind the killings because he used a taser. Any clues as to what this movie is called?
