    Medical procedures
    I live in Cincinnati and I will be getting a cardiac cath on Thursday Oct.11, 2012. I just started my menes today. My question is do I need to cancel my appt. or can I just wear a tampon and continue on with my procedure

    The people to ask are the Physicians and scheduling desk. There is no "one answer fits all" answer.

    It will be their policy that makes the determination.
