    Why are sounds echoing in my head
    For the last 3 days I've had a ringing in my headwheni move my pillow it is almost un bearbly loud rustling sound what can I do to give me some relief

    Often that is water in the ear canal, or sinus or eustacian tube congestion in general, BUT we can't diagnose, just offer ideas. Hold your head down and to the side and wiggle your jaw a lot. Take a decongestant. Gargle with warm salt water. Look in your mouth with a mirror and a flashlight for any signs of inflamed gums or back of throat. Go to a doctor if it persists, because although not usually a sign of something serious, you never know. If the doctor finds nothing, go to a dentist. I had an ear problem for years that turned out to be related to a molar, but not one doctor mentioned that.
