My father and I jointly owned a home. He passed away, and I have siblings. Do I own the property or are my siblings entitled to the property? There was not a will.

If you and your father owned it as joint tenants with right of survivorship, it's yours. Depending on the state, language in the deed saying "... as joint owners ..." or something to that effect, might suffice.

On the other hand, if the language of the deed is not sufficient in your state to create a JTWROS, it would be owned in common, in which case the ownership of his interest would go through probate. And in that case, depending on the intestacy statute in your state or country, if he was unmarried at death, all his children would inherit equal shares in his half interest.

It all depends on the exact wording of the deed. You should taker the deed to your attorney for review.
