He has all the rights the custody order has given him.

He can file in court and ask for a court order for visitation, she can fight it.
He will get at least supervised visits, if she can prove he is a danager to the child. If she can not prove he is a danger to the child ( he is a danger to her, but has he ever hurt the child and is he a threat. If she proves he is a danger to the child he will still get visits, but they would be required to be supervised, normally by someone approved by the court.

If she has not went to get a child support order though the court, he really does not owe any money yet. He owes officially when there is a court order.

Since there is no sentences, not... used, no paragraphs and regular normal english grammar, the post is hard to read and understand. But it appears he is a bad person, but wants to be a father, he can enforce his rights though court, she can fight to restrict them, but they are not taken away

Not sure what your question is. As noted, your post appears to be a rant and not a very coherent one.

But the bottom line is a father has all the rights of any father, but may need to go to court to enforce those rights. If the mother doesn't believe he should have rights, then she has to prove that to a court.

Something popped up when I was answering a question the other day. My opinion is that there are laws(legal rights etc) and RIGHTS (moral rights) I though that itd be interesting to discuss. What are your opinions/experiences? Do you believe that the law has the right to determine our rights?
