I have a 1928-A one dollar silver certificate it is not in very good condition,
what is the value of a 1928 A series one dollar silver certificate? ( the signatures on the left are N.O. Woods and the right is A W Mellon there is a blue seal on the left of the bill, it is a bit discolored and the right edge of the bill is a bit damaged)
