First, this should be a new thread.

Second, we need to get the following points clarified:

    • Who's guardian is your uncle, yours or your mom's?
    • Does your mom own the home or your uncle?
    • How is he "forcing" you to pay rent?
    • Are you an adult or does your mom still have a duty to support you?

If you are of age, he's not your guardian, and your uncle either owns the home, or your mom does and he is her guardian, sure he can require you to pay rent. Either that or evict you.

First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on another thread. This can lead to confusion. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

Yes, you left out a lot of relevant info that is needed to give you advice.

Bottom Line though, if you are an adult living in a residence owned by someone else, they are entitled to collect rent from all residents.

Also what country is this, Spain, France, Iran , Canada, we are international, I am sitting in China right now.

    How old are you?
Is the uncle your guardian ?
If so, and you are over 18, why do you have a guardian still ?

Do you live with uncle ? Does he own the home you live in ?
