    Hair Color Emergency!
I have dyed my hair at home since I was 15 (I'm 23) & have NEVER had a problem. I've almost always used the same brand (& a lot of times, the same color-- my hair somehow adjusts itself & makes a great highlighted look that looks natural!) & the ONE time I decide to go with another brand & a very slightly lighter color, my hair is a disaster! Different parts of my hair (only at the roots) are a light, strawberry blonde color when I started at a medium brown. I freaked, went out, bought another box of my usual brand (but of a slightly darker, more ash color) & it barely touched it!! Is there any way for me to fix it without breaking my bank (I'm a college student :P) at a salon??

Even if it is permanent just wash it over and over again and even leave the shampoo in for a while it will help it fade away then ether go to a salon or by a color that's dark and redye it I've had the same problem before the color has to be dark and it might not have worked because you just dyed it and dye can't dye, dye

The ONLY way to get rid of color is to strip it. Elimin8 and color oops works well. If you do go that route, then make sure you follow the steps properly, or else it won't work.

At-home hair color using Color Zap, then Wella color [ 2 Answers ]

I have naturally medium brown hair. I have always looked better with blonde hair, and I went to salons for years to have my hair colored. I can no longer afford the $100+ visits every 3 weeks, so I have tried doing it myself. Recently I used Color Zap to remove all color (because I had several...
