    Adoption
I have a 4 year old daughter. Her father had visitations with her but other than that really never had a connection with her. He hasn't seen her since last October because he has been accused of sexually molesting her. We are currently going through a court case to settle that. There is a pre trial and jury trial set for next month. I currently got married to a wonderful man who has taken responcibility of my daughter and wants to adopt her. Is that possible?
