Before I packed his things and kicked him out, I did everything our marriage councelor suggested for me to do to get him to leave on his own. It was a nightmare of a marriage. Mental and emotional abuse daily. Lying, cheating, manipulating daily. I have to take meds now for the panic and anxiety attacks. The plan was to get him to leave and focus his energy and consumption of energy onto his married mistress. But even after the separation and divorce he still abuses me and now is trying to force his way back into being able to come to my house. In the divorce I got the house, but his name has to stay on it until he pays off a 50,000 loan he took out on my home. Because of that, he feels he should be able to come over when ever he wants. The mistress's husband left and divorced her, so they are out in the open with the relationship and I am dealing with texts regarding her vagina and how it's my fault he is with her. It's still a nightmare. I have tried: ignoring, making the abuse public, and fighting back. Nothing will make him leave me alone. I don't want to sell my house, kids have been here their entire lives. Has anyone dealt with this before and can give me advice on how to make him and her focus all of their negative attention on each other and stop attacking me? And yes, police have a picture of his truck and my neighbors know to call the police if they see him. It just feels like it will never end.

Let me see, get a order of protection, change all of your locks and get a security alarm system. Change your phone number and/or never open a text from him.

Go back to court for children and if he has visits, require the exchange of children be done at a police station or fire house.
