    Male sexual problem...
I am a fifty year-old man and I don't know if I experience orgasm when I climax. As a male would I "know" if I was orgasming in connection with ejaculation? I have forceful ejaculations in sex but I don't perceive any change in mental state or "loss of control" when I ejaculate. I have no refractory interval and must climax/ejaculate several times for any sort of relief from an erection. It has always been like this for me and it is frustrating for me and my partner since long sessions of sex are not always desirable. Could the cause of this problem be a failure to orgasm with ejaculation? No doctor that my partner and I have spoken with has taken this problem seriously or had any answers for us.

Male orgamsim is related and connected to the ejactulation. There is no "loss of control" unless perhaps if you are 15 and don't know how to control.

Next some men can have sex serveral times for the erection, but that is a body response.

I agree, I find your question hard to take serious also, but have tried to.

I don't actually know how to answer "does it feel good". Sex is emotionaly gratifying and a physical release but the physical pleasure is pretty similar to how it feels good to finally urinate after a long car trip: it feels very nice and is a relief but it isn't a bliss feeling in the head. And by not losing control I mean if we are talking or joking at the moment of climax that my ability to speak normaly is not interupted by groans or anything while in my experience women get a big mental "rush" during orgasm so to speak along with pelvic and breathing spasms. Even though this is anonymous I am shy to speak in too much detail. On TV and in books men seem to have a similar moment where they kind of grunt and stuff and seem "transported" but I have no real world eperience with that. Really what I want to know is if I would know if I orgasmed during climax... is there a mental aspect or rush or is climax just the physical aspect of ejaculation for men.

Try a finger in or around your rectum... sounds gross but it may bring you to that climax you're looking for

To be qutie honest, I cannot answer that. I am not a man. I am a woman. My orgasms a pretty intense. Pretty amazing. Even by myself, I get so much pleaseure from it. When my lover gives me oral or even making love, I shake and quiver when having an orgasm.

I was with a lover who would scream out loud, "Oh my God! I'm going to c@m! Don't stop!" It was quite comical. Then I was with a man who I didn't even know was having an orgasm. He was so quiet.

So I am not too sure exactly the sensation for the man. I have different orgasms, when a tongue is used, I tend to have more intense orgasms compared to when he is inside of me. Hopefully someone else can give you better advice. You are right though, it is the connection that makes it pleasurable.

Yeah... unless the ejaculate is felt/observed my partner always has to ask me if I came or just gave up. The erection isn't lost until five minutes or more after we stop being sexual and going flaccid doesn't happen in connection even to multiple climax/ejaculation so long as the situation remains sexual. My partners have told me most men go flaccid after ejaculating and need a couple minutes to get the next erection. My condition is very stressful at times - akin to a woman who needs forty or fifty minutes to get an orgasm (in my experience women usually climax in four or five minutes with oral or digital sex). I saw a neurologist who said the problem was likely a spinal nerve/vascular abnormality and it could not be fixed safely. What I am wondering is if the actual cause of my issue a failure to actually experience orgasm during climax. My question comes down to what is the normal male experience of climax above the neck - is there a mental/brain experience along with the genital muscle action.
