    How much should I look to pay a commercial painter to paint my 5 offices
    All have 10' ceilings. All need to be modestly prepped by filling holes in the walls, and the like. The walls are white. We will be using white paint again... however, if we decide to go with a colored paint, should I expect to be charged more?

    Rm. 1 is 560 sq. ft; ceiling: 196
    Rm. 2 is 490 sq ft; ceiling: 147
    Rm. 3 is 560 sq ft. ceiling: 196
    Rm. 4 is 500 sq ft.; ceiling: 153
    Rm. 5 is 780 sq ft.; ceiling: 356

    Location is very inportant... local wage rates vary considerably.
