[Eternalsummer]

Hi everyone! I saw an american movie on TV, at least 25 years ago. It was a strange movie with a very striking ending: a couple, still young people take a seat in a cave where they are going to spend their lives. They sit in front of a wall and you see them change, hold a child in their hands, grow old until you only see their dead bodies. Now what I am very sure is that the movie must have been from the seventees as I saw it in the mid eightees. It was not a kind of regular movie but rather a phantasy movie, maybe even split up in several different stories.The time, the movie took place in is not clear in my memory, maybe it was sometime in the past, maybe 1oo years ago but maybe not. These two people were out of civilization somewhere. What also made an unforgettable impact on me was the music during this last scene. It was a kind of melancholic synth sound, profound and obscure. Does anyone recognise this movie? I have never forgotten it and I think it would be an overwhelming experience to see it after, who knows, maybe even 30 years!
