I have been bailed until the 12 of 10/2012 for assault/beating what would happened if I had no further action before my bail date was up I was also bailed to a different address because I wasn't allowed to my own address if I am found with no further action can I go back to my address as social services children department are still involved with this case

If you are on bail, and you used a bail bondsment, as him, the bondsmen controls where and what you do, since it is he that controls your bail. ( and revoking it) If there is a court order from the judge that you can not go back, then, no, until the judge changes it.
