    I saw a movie about a girl who gets shot walking across a basketball court
    I saw a movie along time ago it was about gangs and all the HOOD back then? And this teenage girl gets shot walking across a basketball court,and later on a dog gets hung,and then this boy goes out with his friends and gets his hand stuck under a tire so he gets shot by these guys? Those are the only parts I remember of the movie .

    And I really need help finding it I watched it when I was pretty young so I don't remember much of it but id love help from anyone if they know what I'm talking about
