    LP Minimum Test Pressure
    In South Carolina, what is the minimum test presssure for the first stage of LP gas piping that willl operate at 10 PSI?

    Hi Sbci

    That answer will be town/city/district specific. Here, each state has its code requirement but each plumbing/gas inspector has overall say on exactly what pressure, what gauge and how long a gas test needs to stand... ESPECIALLY ON HIGH PRESSURE GAS LINE!!

    Call your local inspector and ask him... will save you time, money and aggravation in the end!
